Delete your account
Two ways. In both, your account and all records are permanently deleted.
1 · From the app
Profile → Settings → Delete my account. It happens immediately after confirmation.
2 · From here
If you've removed the app, write to support@bireby.com from your account's email address; a verification link will be sent.
What's deleted and what stays
Deleted
Your account, client records, lesson and payment records, and your booking page. Removed from backups within 30 days.
Kept
Invoice records that tax law requires us to retain. These contain no client data.
The subscription must be cancelled separately: deleting the account does not stop the store subscription. Cancel through the App Store or Google Play.
